I was with 24 hours fitness. I have heard, but never gold. Im not much help. sorry. However, all the 24 hours after the gym is a little different in some way. There are different types, such as active theres Express, Super Sport, Super Sport, etc. Also, some, including swimming pools and super-ultra, swimming and tennis, Bball HV, while others, such as an active press, and only machines and weights.
